日本において同様の法令は、その必要性は議論されながらも、未だ具体的な制定にまで至っていません。
今回ベトナムで可決された法令は、ＡＩの危険度を段階に分けて定義した上で、その提供者に一定の義務を負担させるなどの内容が含まれており、国家としてＡＩに向き合う意識の高さが伺えます。
